Will the exception of a six month stint in Atlanta, the only place I have ever lived. I am on my way to Fort Worth, TX for my new job with Lockheed Martin. My wife is getting the house packed up and on the market so we can sell it as soon as possible. <br /><br />I few things I observed today on my journey to Memphis, TN, the halfway point of my trip. First, the Kentucky <span class="subtitleheading">Division of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement</span> (a division of <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0">KSP</span>) is the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_1">de</span> facto "highway patrol" in KY. While the <span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2">KDCVE's</span> primary role is to enforce the laws and regulations for commercial vehicles, they spend far more time pulling over non-commercial vehicles. And I am sure that the officers of this division are paid less than a trooper and have less benefits. <br /><br />The second thing I noticed today was that traffic in Nashville isn't that bad. and that while the <span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3">Tennessee</span> Highway Patrol had many troopers on I-40 today, I only saw one car pulled over.
